Meeting and Estimate

Meeting and Estimate

We'll set up a time to come meet you and get an idea of what you're looking for. We can discuss what you like, don't like and what your options are to make sure you get exactly what you want. If the truth is that there's something that just isn't feasible, we'll be open with you and get you as close as we possibly can. We'll work closely

If the truth is that there's something that just isn't feasible, we'll be open with you and get you as close as we possibly can. We'll work closely with you to make sure the cabinets you want perform the desired function at the correct size, that you get to pick the perfect pattern and material for your shower, that your fixtures are the perfect finish...

After our meeting, we'll curate an estimate for you that includes your full scope of work, the materials and actions necessary. Once you have a chance to look over it, we can make changes as needed. Once no changes are needed and you're comfortable, we'll come by with a contract to be signed.

Then it's time for ordering!

After contracts are signed, materials are ordered.

More often than not, a project will require some demolition of existing features. When it doesn't, it requires other kinds of prep, like digging footers for a deck. We will plan these with you around the delivery dates for materials.

Once the prep is done and materials are in, installation begins! It's usually a lot of fun for homeowners to watch the work progress day after day. This is a team effort on all fronts. Eric will be taking lead on project development, keeping an open dialogue with you about the progress we're making, day-to-day plans and any issues that may arise (like finding a soft spot in your floor that no one knew was there but needs to be fixed.) Kristen will be around as your main point of contact to answer questions about materials, any changes you'd like to make, invoicing and contracts, etc. Sometimes we'll both be there, sometimes you'll get to see our other team member Tony (who is also amazing.)

When everything is complete, we'll walk through together to show you every inch of your beautiful new space. We'll answer any questions you may have, discuss maintenance and make sure you're satisfied.

Our goal is to leave you with more than a completed project. We want you to have confidence in the quality of our work, understand how everything operates, and know that Kristen will be there if questions arise long after completion.

We'll provide appropriate project documentation (like final invoices/receipts), manuals, keys and other information relevant to your project.

We do provide a one-year workmanship warranty on things we install (like if an o-ring we installed fails, a deck board shrinks enough that a screw needs to be adjusted or if a showerhead we installed starts leaking, we'll fix or replace failing parts.) If this happens, reach out to Kristen and request a meeting to go over anything defective, etc. We'll take care of the rest as long as it falls under our warranty guidelines.
